So excited I have been published in Issue 9 of Conceptual Magazine.....But first let me start with how this series came about...........go back to December 2016 and a friend and I are off to a networking Christmas party in Melbourne, after finally finding the front doors of the venue (we wandered past it at least 3 times) we walk up the stairs and bam...there is not one but 3 stunning rooms to feed my imagination...I could literally "see" the images I wanted to create, I should of been networking and meeting amazing women (and I did.... later), but I couldn't help walking through the cocktail bar (repeatedly) envisioning the characters, outfits and poses and I kept repeating to myself...I want to shoot here...I so want to shoot here...Fast forward to the end of the evening, we were saying our farewells and I happened to mention to our host what an amazing space this was and how I would love to photograph in here, and wouldn't you know it, she knew the owner...and the rest.....well....you will see
Gilded is one of two series that was photographed that day, when I first entered this room, I knew immediately the character to create...she was inspired by the beautiful ornate baroque mirrors on the walls...My Golden Goddess...she was risque, decadent and regal. Watch below the making of her outfit and some behind the scenes.
